The rear of the gaurd was chopped off and welded to the front and the side shrunk in. The flared edges were trimmed and then the back rounded off
New battery box.

Swaged in a cross for extra strength.
Fabricated inner lower sill.

I was quite pleased at how the door came out, a lot of work went into getting it right…
