One very rusty Beatle...
One very rusty beetle started over three years ago, I did the chassis and floors and then it had to go into storage due to the customers circumstances. In July 2016 the storage was sold, so I had to get the beetle out and rather than find a new home for it i insisted on getting it done...

Why MOT's are important...
The customer of this vehicle paid ten thousand pounds for it three years ago, apparently this pretty looking van was fully restored. It now needs a full restoration, the repairs on the vehicle that have been previously done to it were inadequate, dangerous and not legal. But let me remind you people this van doesn't require a mot. Yepee 🙂 I've since had it MOT'd, the list of faults is too long to put up!

Another example of why MOT's are important...
Another good looking van apparently had seven and a half thousand spent on it three and a half years ago for a lower half restoration, hmmm yes well this one is now in for a real lower half restoration all the way round!

Mercedes 1971 350se w109 Restoration
A lot of fabrication on this one, the panels are either very expensive or not available. I replaced and repaired both outer and inner sills, both outer and inner rear arches, the two rear chassis legs and rear cross member, rear corner boot wells and the customer could not get the final door so had to rebuild his original one. As you can see from the pictures it was just a little rusty.

VW T25 Front End Removal
Replacement of the lower front and upper outer front panels, be warned if you have had holes in your front panels for a long time expect to have to rebuild the cab floor, and the cab floor panels are not available so it all has to be hand fabricated. When replacing any panels i always apply weld through primers either zinc or copper, whatever is available at the time. After the paintwork has been done all cavities and internal panels are coated in wax oil.
